Deposit – All new clients who will be living and traveling with Handlers and billed monthly, will be required to make a $1000 deposit which will be applied to the final bill. Ringside clients and clients paying at the end of each weekend will not be required to make said deposit.

 

Handling

All Breed Show $100

Benched Shows (Not Westminster) Regular Rate + $25

Specialty at All Breed Show / Group Show Regular Rate + $25

Group Handling $25

Independent/Concurrent Specialty Show $150

National Specialty Show By Arrangement (varies due to location)

Westminster Kennel Club / AKC Champ. Week $1500 Flat

Sweepstakes/Futurity/Maturity/Etc $50

*$25 additional for all dogs met ringside (Ringside Pickup - PLEASE NOTE WHEN TRAVELING OUTSIDE THE USA (i.e. CANADA or MEXICO) WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RINGSIDE PICKUPS, NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

Care and Conditioning

Boarding $15/day

Training (as needed) $25/hour

Conditioning Work (Bike, Golf Cart, Etc) $25/session

 

Grooming rates will be determined on an individual basis.

* All dogs met ringside need to be ring ready - bathed, groomed and in show condition. 

 

Bonuses (Note: Non-Regular Groups (i.e. Puppy/Veteran/Sweeps) bonuses are reduced 50%)

Expenses

All expenses for each show (hotel/RV parking, gas/mileage, parking, etc.) will be divided equally among dogs being shown that are staying in the RV/Hotel Room.

 

Conflicts do sometimes occur, and in that event, a competent handler of Phil and/or Aaron’s choice will be used to handle your dog.

 

P&A Handling, Aaron and/or Philip, will make all entries for client dogs and charge the entries to the provided client’s credit card.  Client’s insisting on making their own entries are responsible for all expenses and handling fees if they miss an entry. Clients are responsible for all expenses incurred by their dogs. Cancellations made by the client after entries close will result in handling fees and expenses being charged, except in those cases considered extreme emergencies by Phil or Aaron.
